Are you achieving your potential in life?
Do you want to feel more motivated, happy, alive, and more connected in your relationships?
Therapy can give you the motivation, skills, and perspective needed to:
- Feel less anxious
- Feel better about yourself
- Maximize your performance and potential
- Improve the quality of your relationships
Making the decision to enter into a therapeutic relationship takes courage and commitment but can help those dealing with the following challenges:
- Anxious feelings are affecting your life in negative ways
- You are not feeling good about yourself
- You want to do better in school, with sports, or at work
- You are having difficulty communicating with your spouse or family members
- You feel like your marriage is failing, or are you the victim of an affair
If you are ready to consider professional counseling-I can help you reduce and better manage stress and anxiety related to:
Fears, Obesity, Low Self-Esteem, Public Speaking, School or Professional Athlete Sports, Academic and Class Testing, Work Place Problems, Trauma, Health, or Dental issues.
Using a warm and interactive style, I provide collaborative, strength-based, individual and couples therapy using a wide range of treatment options such as psychodynamic (how the past impacts the present), family systems (how family relationships influence one’s life), and solution-focused (problem-solving strategies). For those open to it, hypnotherapy (Hypnosis) can oftentimes be an effective way to reduce anxiety, and improve relaxation in stressful situations. Please note that, at this time, hypnosis is not a reimbursed by insurance companies.
Some people refuse to try therapy. There are those who are fearful. Others doubt they can change. Some believe they should do it on their own. Whatever the reason, they might be missing out on an opportunity for learning to make healthier choices and live a more fulfilling life. I believe it is a journey that can bring change and growth in a way one might not have thought possible.
